Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival In Leh
- Arrive at Leh airport and get transferred to the hotel for check-in.
- We advise you to spend the rest of the day at leisure so you can quickly acclimatize to the high altitude.
- A relaxed day to explore the local market and take sufficient rest to adjust to the oxygen level.
- Overnight in Leh.
- Meals: Dinner
Day 2: Leh – Sham Valley – Leh (75 km/2-3 hrs one way)
- After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing on the Leh- Srinagar Highway.
- Visit the Hall of Fame (A Museum developed by the Indian Army), Kali Mandir Temple and Gurudwara Patthar Sahib (A Gurudwara constructed and maintained by the Indian Army), Shanti Stupa and Leh Palace.
- Proceed further and experience the effects of Magnetic Hill (Defiance of the law of gravity wherein a vehicle starts climbing up the hill when put in a neutral position) and admire the confluence of holy Indus and Zanskar
- Return to Leh for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Leh – Nubra Valley via Khardungla (125 km / 4-5 hours)
- After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley (Known as the Valley of Flowers and the warmest region in Ladakh) via Khardungla pass.
- Check-in to the camp. After lunch visit Diskit Monastery and Hunder Village to take a stroll around the place to see the lifestyle of people living in the northernmost region of India.
- Enjoy camel Safari (optional – on own arrangement) in the evening.
- Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 4: Nubra Valley – Pangong
- After an early breakfast, proceed to Pangong.
- Pangong Lake is a saltwater body of 120 km in length and 6 – 7 Km broad at the longest point.
- It is bisected by the international border between India & China (2/3 of the lake is in China’s possession).
- Visit the exact location of the famous movie “Three idiots” & enjoy an outing along the banks of the lake.
- One feels very close to nature at Pangong Lake with its scenic surroundings.
- On a clear sunny day, you can see seven colour formations in the crystal clear saltwater lake.
- Overnight stay in Pangong.
- Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
Day 5: Pangong – Leh via Changla
- In the early morning, enjoy the picturesque view of sunrise on the lake.
- After breakfast, drive back to Leh.
- On arrival check-in at the hotel. Evening free time to explore the market.

Day 6: Tour of Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery & Hemis Monastery
- Post breakfast drive to visit the Hemis Monastery (it is the biggest and the richest in the Ladakh region).
- From Hemis, drive back taking the same route to visit Thiksey Monastery, located on a hill-lock with formidable views of the Indus valley.
- Later, drive through a series of chortens to visit Shey Palace – the former summer palace of the King of Ladakh. Return back to the hotel.
- Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 7: Departure From Leh
- Today is the last day of the tour.
- In the morning, enjoy your breakfast and get escorted to the airport to catch a flight for your onward journey.
