Travel information, not a guarantee
Backpack Stays provides travel information, planning tools, comparisons and recommendations for general informational purposes. Prices, schedules, weather, availability, entry rules, local laws and operating conditions can change. Recheck important information with the relevant authority or provider before relying on it.
Your travel decisions
You remain responsible for your bookings, passport validity, visas and entry requirements, insurance, driving entitlement, compliance with local laws, health and safety decisions, and the suitability of an activity for you or your travel party.
Third-party services
Links may take you to hotels, tour operators, booking platforms, maps, social networks, transport services or other third parties. Backpack Stays does not control their availability, pricing, performance, cancellations, privacy practices or contractual terms.
Package Value Check trial
The free Package Value Check is a comparison aid, not a booking, financial or legal service. Reviews are handled when time permits and an immediate response is not guaranteed. Comparisons depend on the information supplied and what is publicly bookable or verifiable at the time. A price difference does not by itself mean an agent has overcharged you.
No unnecessary sensitive documents
Do not send passport copies, payment-card details, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information through our Package Value Check or general contact channels.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Backpack Stays branding, original text, layouts and original materials are owned by or licensed to Backpack Stays LLP. Third-party names, images and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Reasonable use and availability
Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms service availability, or present Backpack Stays content as your own. We may change, suspend or remove features and content as the service evolves.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Backpack Stays LLP is not responsible for losses caused by relying on outdated third-party information, third-party service failures, traveller decisions or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
